The 49th Annual Grammy Awards took place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Justin performed twice singing What Goes Around, Comes Around and the hitting the stage again with T.I. and the My Grammy Winner Robyn Troup. His album was up for Album of the Year.

“I really like you doing pure pop music like this song, but the problem with it is that it encourages the white culture and wants it to be exclusive to you and Britney, etc. etc. You stayed away from that sin in your second solo album and it is easier for someone like me to look at you as an artist and a friend now. I am just saying that I want pop culture to be inclusive and you have done a lot towards that end.”
