Don't Tell Gaga! Black Milk Unleashes Deadly Medley
- Posted on: Wednesday September 8, 2010 at 2:00 PM
Detroit MC/producer Black Milk mixes laid-back grooves with free flowing - and, in this case, angry as all hell - rhymes. It even includes one particular jab at Lady Gaga (who dare hits a LADY...especially THAT lady) However, the diss-tastic "Deadly Medley," also featuring Royce Da 5'9" and ELZhi is still worth a listen:
Hard to get mad at that, huh?
Black Milk's latest album, the precociously-titled Album Of The Year, is out September 14 through Fat Beats / Decon Records, and we're pretty damn excited about it. Just don't diss the Gaga again, dude! We can't take it!

Mirimichi's Re-Opening!!
- Posted on: Tuesday September 7, 2010 at 5:00 PM

This Monday, Sept 6th, Justin headed back to Tennessee to celebrate the Re-Opening of his golf course, Mirimichi, which he co-founded with his parents, Paul and Lynn Harless. In the past year, Mirimichi has undergone significant ground restructuring in order to meet championship requirements as well as to execute significant environmental improvements (while re-constructing Mirimichi, in May, Memphis and its surrounding areas were hit with the Thousand Year Flood in May which devastated the course.)
Better yet, the gung-ho Mirimichi team has also built a 10,000 sq ft Mirimichi Performance and Learning Center, as well as Little Mirimichi, a 9-hole, par-35 course for golf newbees and beginners....
Not to mention, at the re-opening ceremony, the Golf Environmental Organization presented Justin a GEO certification award, since Mirimichi will be one of the first green golf courses. Said Bud Smart of the Golf Environmental Organization: “Mirimichi not only has been certified by GEO. It’s the first certified Golf Course in the Americas. What I mean by that is North America, South America, Central America and the Caribbean." Go Mirimichi!
Bottom Line? Make no mistake that the name signifies "place of happy retreat."
So go check out the new greens when you get a chance, Memphis fans !!!

The U.S. Open is in full 'swing' (zip!) in Flushing Meadows, New York. We're barely out of the first day, much less the first round, but wouldn't you know it -- tennis' superhero Roger Federer has already dazzled the tennis world with impossible shots that he makes look routine. Check it out:
Slooooow moooootion:

"Did you see that?"
Just how routine? Lest we forget, he pulled off the same incredible shot in last year's tournament.
Roger Federer is making the rounds lately with his seemingly bottomless bag of tennis tricks. Need we remind you of the now famous William Tell routine he did at a recent Gillette shoot:
Ka-bam. Keep your eyes on this one. Apparently, He can do no wrong.
Do you have any similar tricks exuding extreme prowess or skill that you'd like to share?? If so, dooooo let us know! Just email jtadmin@nxtm.tv and if it is truly Federer-worthy - (or impressive all on its own,) we will post it!
