Watch FIFA World Cup in Sony 3D Pavilions

As you can see in this Sony video, Justin and Peyton got a special tour of the new Sony 3DTV technology a while back. A bit envious? No worries! Sony is giving several of you lucky world citizens the unique opportunity to get a special 3DTV experience like Justin and Peyton - except this time for the FIFA World Cup Finals this weekend.

How? In several cities around the globe, you can visit Sony 3D Experience Pavilions, where you can literally watch the ball zip by your head. It's like you are on the field itself - except a whole lot safer...While these pavilions have been up throughout the tournament, this weekend is the best and last chance to visit the pavilions and see the World Cup in all its sweat-filled glory. Participating cities: Nelson Mandela Square in Sandton, Johannesburg (the premier location), Berlin, Mexico City, Paris, Rio de Janeiro, Rome and Sydney.

So if you are in one those lucky cities this Saturday and Sunday (Uruguay vs. Germany on Saturday; Netherlands vs. Spain on Sunday), you know where to head to get your game face on!!!!

By the way, who are YOU rooting for?

By the way, for you US soccer fans out there as well, you can watch the finals in 3D on ESPN3D from Sony Bravia’s brand-spanking new 3DTVs.  Even the commercials are 3-D. Pretty cool, huh?!?

Now all you need is one of those loud Vuvuzela horns..….

(If you’re curious about the 3DTV experience or want to bring the experience into your home, hop over to the nearest Sony retailer or online.)

The FIFA World Cup remaining games:

07/10     Match for third place: Uruguay vs. Germany 2:30pm (EST)

7/11     Final: Spain vs. The Netherlands 2:30pm (EST)
