Today, Haiti had another 6.1 "aftershock" around 6 A.M. - (though it seems dubious that a quake of 6.1 can be categorized as simply an aftershock 8 days after the first quake, considering its intensity and magnitude.) Regardless, it makes the outlook in already ravaged Haiti even more dismal.
That said, the much-needed support continues to pour in in all forms.
One in particular that Justin is involved in is Hope for Haiti Now, the global telethon benefit this Friday, Jan 22nd. The two-hour telethon will air on ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CNN, BET, The CW, HBO, MTV, VH1, and CMT as well as an impressive list of other networks on Friday at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT and 7:00 p.m. CT.
The list of artists who will be performing coast to coast is vast and impressive, including Wyclef Jean, Jay-Z, Shakira, Alicia Keys, Dave Matthews, John Legend, Sheryl Crow, etc.
Starting Saturday, all performance recordings will be available for $.99 per song through I-Tunes, with all proceeds benefiting Haiti relief funds managed by "Hope for Haiti Now" charities.
That said, we're letting you be the first to know Justin will be performing "Hallelujah" (hint, hint)....so be sure to watch for it!
(PS We'll be sure to provide you with the link on JT.com as well to purchase the track as soon as it's available as well so stay tuned!)
In the meantime, Rihanna covered Bob Marley’s ‘Redemption Song‘ live on Oprah, in support of Hope For Haiti Now. The song is available for a limited period on iTunes with all proceeds also going to Haiti relief funds. Check out her vocals in the video below.
Also, we listed several more options of how to help Haiti HERE.
Finally, feel free to drop a line and comment on more methods of how to help and donate below.

*once you watch this, you'll probably need to play "Redemptoon Song" at least one more time. Our prayers go to those survivors in Haiti.
