Fashion Friday: Escape into the rose-tinted world...of Hannah and Landon

There's this one place I know I can go.....
That will give me the same inspiration....
................as a good line in a withered book.
....or an old sepia photograph....where all the women are still wearing immaculate white gloves...
You know, inspiration in that day-dreamy, sun-lit, the-birds-are-chirping, hippie-hair-loose, opiatic, rose-colored glasses sense?
It's Hannah + Landon, a (gasp) blog devoted to the life and style of two married young birds, Hannah & Landon Metz. It features pictures of them in their vintage favorites - in parks, in the sun, in bed, lazying around in their apartment.....
Here's Hannah.
Here's Landon.
They love history.
They love old frocks and rings and knick knacks.
Hannah loves 50s inspired hats and dresses.
Landon looks like he just left a retreat in Woodstock, NY, and he always shoots Hannah the most beloved, flattering light.
Their style is infectious.
The second thing is, in this day and age, this blog is pretty much as close as we can get to a Shakespearean love sonnet...
Like in their blogspot pages had a smell, they would be vanila and the smell of baked apples and wood that may have drifted from your grandmother's apartment. Or maybe cinnamon in a hot totti.
In other words, it is sweet but not sacchrine, comforting but not cloying. It makes you want to fall in love and/or escape into their world.
How's that for inspiration?

Pop-up books anyone?
Don't judge a book by its cover.
I warn ya, the blog may cause the romantic in you to shuffle through your vintage collection and go play barefoot in the sun. Now how's that for fashion inspiration?
