When was the last time you saw a well-written, creatively-designed fashion blog? We're not talking about the wordpad sites that host typical mish-mash vanity photos of pouting hipsters. It's time to celebrate slick style blogs that are actually as stylish and tasteful as the people who write them. Prepare to be inspired:
Nubby Twiglet
This blog is a sight (site) for template-sore eyes. Nubby, a freelance designer from Portland, puts together a careful study of fashion and art from a graphic perspective. Click through 'What I Wore' as well as the 'Typofiles' to see what caught her eye this week. Take a few style tips (as well as typography and layout lessons) from this monochromatic find.
Club Le Blog
Jamie Richards, you astound us. Club Le Blog's got mood-board-esque comps that are designed to inspire and overwhelm. Call it organized chaos- if a picture is worth a thousand words, he's managed to 'write' visually-eloquent blog entries. Every part of the site is a well-designed plethora of photos and titles so the vocabulary-challenged need not worry.
Fifi Lapin
Bow to the bunny. And if you don't keel over from the cute, you can take away some major style lessons. The detailed illustrations of Fifi (we previously covered another fashionable illustrator, Garance Dore, here) give you a daily glimpse into her jet-setting, couture-wearing, and gloriously frivolous life. Admit it. You're green with envy. Where else can you find a Giambattista-Valli-clad rabbit?

Sans Serif lovers, rejoice.ThreadTrend is minimalism at its best, each part sectioned off in blocks of grey, black or white. It's a merry, merry threesome of fashion, music and art, and we're digging their sweet and neat approach to blogging. Read up on new albums, clothing lines, sample sales (oooh...) and random pop culture factoids without wanting to poke your eyeballs out.
Have you spotted any other stunning style webbies of late? Do share.
