We've rarely do a post about children. However, for those of you who grew up with a motley crew of siblings, remember the unpredictable and spontanious moments of chaos on any given day? Your brother pushed you in the pool...or your sister stole your favorite toy and pulled your hair? You get the picture.
Well, American photographer Julie Blackmon has chosen to focus on this dichotomy (she is the oldest of nine children and mother of three) - the love and tug of childhood sibling connectedness....and rivarly. In her quirky + surreal series titled "Domestic Vacations", she organizes what would normally be a cluttered family household into impeccably designed photographs. We like how stylized they are.....stopping time in the midst of kid chaos. What do you think?
